This large chef knife is hand forged with a nickel damascus cladding over a Japanese Blue Paper Steel core. The handle has a stainless steel pin and a handmade steel cap between the blade and the gorgeous piece of stabalised spalted beech from a fallen tree in Nunhead Cemetery in London. This wood has unusual green, brown and red hues.
